NHS CDIO David Walliker to speak at Summer Schools 2025

Experienced NHS chief digital information officer (CDIO) Professor David Walliker is the latest high-profile speaker to be announced for Digital Health Summer Schools.

Walliker is part of England’s data and technology 10 year health plan working group led by Ming Tang, interim CDIO at NHS England and Dr Tim Ferris of Harvard Medical School and former director of transformation at NHS England.

In his plenary session he will provide his views on the NHS’ national strategy for data and technology.

As CDIO of Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, one of the most digitally advanced trusts in the country, he will share insights from their transformation journey towards delivering digitally enabled services.
